Returns

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., towels, robes) if used/opened

Refund

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective/damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for exchange requests.
